From 10/07/23 this portal can’t be used to process CHAPS payments.

Instead, our Business Internet Banking (BIB) service allows you to process ‘CHAPS’ payments and ‘Faster payments’, which are both cheaper options too!

If you're not set up for ‘BIB’ or haven’t set up CHAPS payments on 'BIB’ before, you can register/update here.
(Note this may take a number of business days to set up)
